The American Association of Daily Money Managers (AADMM) is a national membership organization representing individuals and businesses in the field of daily money management.

To be a member of AADMM, you must adhere to a high standard of practice and code of ethics as well as complete continuing education after passing a background check and completing the certification process.

Society of Certified Senior Advisors (website link)

“Educates and certifies professionals who work with seniors though its Working with Older Adults educational program and the Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) credential.”

The 26-chapter course gives its members an understanding of the lives of seniors including societal views on aging, physical & mental health and financial & legal issues.

Dave Ramsey – Financial Peace University (website link)

 Dave Ramsey’s course is based on his book, Financial Peace, first published in 1992. The course uses video lessons and a workbook to teach “the  tools you need to win with money.”

This site provides online access to register consumer complaints, to report scams and/or identification theft, to register for the National Do Not Call Registry.  It also contains a wealth of information on money, mortgages, privacy, identity theft, scans, and online security.

Provides online access to report Elder Abuse.

Great resource for information on programs, services, tools and resources available to help “older individuals, at-risk adults, persons with disabilities, their families and caregivers to achieve safe, healthy, independent and self-reliant lives.”
